WHY THIS SITE ?

This website is free and designed for those who have no or little prior knowledge of French and would like to improve their understanding, reading and talking skills in this language.

Please be aware that this is not a grammar website and its purpose is not to teach French writing.
We may have to address some points of grammar and spelling for the sake of understanding. Yet these points will be handled in a very basic way.

Please be also informed that we plan to launch a further website in the near future, which shall be fully dedicated to grammar, spelling and conjugation.
